Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (250g) All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp (5g) Instant yeast
  • 1 tsp (6g) Salt
  • 1 tbsp (14g) Sugar
  • 2 tbsp (28g) Olive oil
  • ¾ cup (180ml) Warm water
  • ½ cup (120ml) Pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups (170g) Shredded low-moisture mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 oz (113g) thinly sliced pepperoni
  • ¼ cup (15g) grated Parmesan
  • 3 tbsp (45g) Basil pesto
  • 4 oz (113g) cherry tomatoes
  • 2 oz (56g) fresh goat cheese
  • 4 oz (113g) cooked chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup (15g) red onion

Instructions:

  1. Combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Stir in the warm water and olive oil until a shaggy dough forms. Knead for 2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Divide the dough into two equal portions. On parchment paper, roll each piece into an oval shape approximately ¼ inch thick. Prick the center of the dough with a fork to prevent oversized bubbles.
  3. Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese and your chosen topping combination.
  4. Slide the parchment onto a preheated baking sheet. Bake at 450°F (232°C) for 10-12 minutes until the edges are mahogany-colored and the cheese is bubbling.
