Ingredients:
- 2 cups (250g) All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp (5g) Instant yeast
- 1 tsp (6g) Salt
- 1 tbsp (14g) Sugar
- 2 tbsp (28g) Olive oil
- ¾ cup (180ml) Warm water
- ½ cup (120ml) Pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups (170g) Shredded low-moisture mozzarella
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 oz (113g) thinly sliced pepperoni
- ¼ cup (15g) grated Parmesan
- 3 tbsp (45g) Basil pesto
- 4 oz (113g) cherry tomatoes
- 2 oz (56g) fresh goat cheese
- 4 oz (113g) cooked chicken breast
- 2 tbsp (30ml) BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup (15g) red onion
Instructions:
- Combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Stir in the warm water and olive oil until a shaggy dough forms. Knead for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into two equal portions. On parchment paper, roll each piece into an oval shape approximately ¼ inch thick. Prick the center of the dough with a fork to prevent oversized bubbles.
- Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese and your chosen topping combination.
- Slide the parchment onto a preheated baking sheet. Bake at 450°F (232°C) for 10-12 minutes until the edges are mahogany-colored and the cheese is bubbling.
