Ingredients:
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed or pearls
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each piece of biscuit dough into a circle about 1/2 inch thick and place one cube of mozzarella in the center.
- Pull the dough edges up and over the cheese, pinching the seams tightly to create a ball, then roll between palms to seal.
- Place the dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until mahogany-colored.
- Melt butter in the microwave and stir in minced garlic, parsley, and salt.
- Brush the garlic butter glaze generously over each hot cheese bomb immediately after removing them from the oven.
