Ingredients:

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed or pearls
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each piece of biscuit dough into a circle about 1/2 inch thick and place one cube of mozzarella in the center.
  3. Pull the dough edges up and over the cheese, pinching the seams tightly to create a ball, then roll between palms to seal.
  4. Place the dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until mahogany-colored.
  5. Melt butter in the microwave and stir in minced garlic, parsley, and salt.
  6. Brush the garlic butter glaze generously over each hot cheese bomb immediately after removing them from the oven.
