Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, toss the patted-dry chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, fold together the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, and dried oregano.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream until the mixture becomes a spreadable paste.
  5. Spoon the cheese mixture over each chicken thigh, smoothing it to the edges to completely seal the meat.
  6. Bake on the center rack for 20–22 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and has turned a deep golden-brown.
