Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, toss the patted-dry chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- In a small mixing bowl, fold together the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, and dried oregano.
- Stir in the heavy cream until the mixture becomes a spreadable paste.
- Spoon the cheese mixture over each chicken thigh, smoothing it to the edges to completely seal the meat.
- Bake on the center rack for 20–22 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and has turned a deep golden-brown.
