Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
  • 6 oz (170g) deli ham, thinly sliced or diced
  • 8 oz (225g) Swiss cheese, shredded or thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
  • 1 pinch (1g) salt
  • 1 lb (450g) refrigerated pizza dough, room temperature
  • 3 tbsp (42g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 clove (5g) garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) milk
  • 1 tbsp (8g) dried parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a medium bowl, toss the cooked chicken breast with garlic powder, pepper, and salt until evenly seasoned.
  2. On parchment paper, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle approximately 12x18 inches.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Swiss cheese across the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Evenly distribute the ham slices over the cheese, then top with the seasoned chicken.
  4. Tightly roll the dough into a log starting from the long edge. Pinch the ends and the seam firmly to seal. Cut three small vents in the top of the dough.
  5. Whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, and milk. Brush the mixture generously over the entire crust.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes until the crust is mahogany-colored and the cheese is bubbling from the vents.
  7. Let the stromboli rest for 5 minutes before slicing to allow the internal juices to set.
