Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz high-quality dark chocolate (60% cacao or higher)
  • 1 tsp refined coconut oil
  • 4 oz white chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat dry individually with paper towels.
  2. Perform the 'Bone-Dry' protocol: allow the strawberries to sit on a paper towel for at least 30 minutes at room temperature to ensure zero surface moisture.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  4. In a microwave-safe glass bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate and coconut oil.
  5. Microwave the dark chocolate mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring vigorously between each, until only small lumps remain. Let the residual heat melt the rest while stirring.
  6. Dip each strawberry into the dark chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing on the prepared parchment paper.
  7. Melt the white chocolate chips using the same microwave method and drizzle over the dark chocolate layer.
  8. Allow the strawberries to set at cool room temperature for 30 minutes to ensure proper crystallization and a glossy finish.
