Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 8 oz high-quality dark chocolate (60% cacao or higher)
- 1 tsp refined coconut oil
- 4 oz white chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat dry individually with paper towels.
- Perform the 'Bone-Dry' protocol: allow the strawberries to sit on a paper towel for at least 30 minutes at room temperature to ensure zero surface moisture.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a microwave-safe glass bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate and coconut oil.
- Microwave the dark chocolate mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring vigorously between each, until only small lumps remain. Let the residual heat melt the rest while stirring.
- Dip each strawberry into the dark chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing on the prepared parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate chips using the same microwave method and drizzle over the dark chocolate layer.
- Allow the strawberries to set at cool room temperature for 30 minutes to ensure proper crystallization and a glossy finish.
