Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (180g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups (360ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • ¾ cup (170g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp (45ml) maple syrup
  • 2 tsp (10ml) pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
  • ⅓ cup (60g) mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp (15g) chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Combine the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir vigorously until the yogurt is completely smooth and no lumps remain.
  2. Stir in the rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt until the oats are fully submerged.
  3. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly between four 16 oz Mason jars.
  5. Seal the lids tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to hydrate.
