  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 packet (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) sliced peaches, drained
  • 1/2 cup peach nectar or reserved syrup
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions:

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
  2. Slowly whisk in the instant pudding mix and peach nectar until the base is thick and uniform.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip using a spatula, taking care not to deflate the air, until no white streaks remain.
  4. Carefully stir in the drained peach slices, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the cream.
  5. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans gently so the peaches do not break apart.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a glass bowl or airtight container, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
