Instructions:
- Pat the chicken breast chunks completely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness. Season the raw chunks evenly with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Organize a dredging station with three shallow bowls. Place the all-purpose flour in the first bowl. In the second, whisk the eggs with 1 tablespoon of water. In the third, combine the panko breadcrumbs with smoked paprika and onion powder.
- Coat each chicken piece in flour and shake off the excess. Dip into the egg wash, then press firmly into the panko mixture, ensuring a thick, even coating on all sides.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
