Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- Pat the shrimp with paper towels until completely dry to ensure a better sear.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried parsley, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket; do not stack them to avoid steaming.
- Cook for 5–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp curl into a 'C' shape and turn opaque pink.
- Immediately remove shrimp from the basket and let them rest for 1 minute to redistribute juices.
