Ingredients:
- 1 box (18 oz / 510 g) Brownie Mix
- 1 can (12 oz / 355 ml) Dr Pepper soda
- 1 cup (170 g) Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang on the sides.
- Pour the boxed brownie mix into a large mixing bowl. Slowly pour in the room temperature Dr Pepper.
- Stir with a spatula until the batter is smooth and no dry flour pockets remain, taking care not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until the edges are firm and set, but the center still has a slight jiggle (the wobble test).
