Ingredients:
- 1 box (18 oz / 510g) Brownie Mix
- 1 cup (237ml) Dr Pepper, room temperature
- 1 cup (170g) Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- Pour the brownie mix into a large mixing bowl and slowly add the room temperature Dr Pepper. Stir with a spatula until the batter is a uniform mahogany color and no dry clumps remain, being careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 30–32 minutes until the edges slightly pull away from the sides and the center has a very slight jiggle when shaken.
