Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken thighs thoroughly dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring space between each piece for optimal airflow.
  4. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 7-8 minutes.
  5. Flip each thigh using tongs and cook for another 7-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Transfer the chicken to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
