Instructions:
- Pat the chicken thighs thoroughly dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring space between each piece for optimal airflow.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 7-8 minutes.
- Flip each thigh using tongs and cook for another 7-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
