Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (450g) full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (85g) raw clover or wildflower honey
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Measure the 2 cups of Greek yogurt into your bowl. Note: Drain any liquid (whey) off the top of the yogurt first to keep the dip thick.
  2. Pour the 1/4 cup of honey directly over the center of the yogurt.
  3. Add the 1 tsp of vanilla extract and the pinch of sea salt.
  4. Sprinkle the 1/2 tsp of cinnamon evenly across the surface.
  5. Whisk slowly at first, using a circular motion to pull the honey into the yogurt.
  6. Increase speed once the honey is partially incorporated, whisking until the mixture looks glossy and opaque.
  7. Scrape the sides of the bowl with your spatula to ensure no pockets of plain yogurt remain.
  8. Taste a small amount on a slice of apple to check the honey to tang ratio.
  9. Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately or chill.
  10. Garnish with an extra dusting of cinnamon for that I spent hours on this look.
