Ingredients:
- 2 cups (450g) full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (85g) raw clover or wildflower honey
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Measure the 2 cups of Greek yogurt into your bowl. Note: Drain any liquid (whey) off the top of the yogurt first to keep the dip thick.
- Pour the 1/4 cup of honey directly over the center of the yogurt.
- Add the 1 tsp of vanilla extract and the pinch of sea salt.
- Sprinkle the 1/2 tsp of cinnamon evenly across the surface.
- Whisk slowly at first, using a circular motion to pull the honey into the yogurt.
- Increase speed once the honey is partially incorporated, whisking until the mixture looks glossy and opaque.
- Scrape the sides of the bowl with your spatula to ensure no pockets of plain yogurt remain.
- Taste a small amount on a slice of apple to check the honey to tang ratio.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately or chill.
- Garnish with an extra dusting of cinnamon for that I spent hours on this look.
