Ingredients:

- 0.25 tsp kosher salt
- 0.5 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- On a cutting board, finely mince the anchovy fillets and garlic cloves together. Use the flat side of a chef's knife to mash them into a smooth, uniform paste.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, and the prepared anchovy-garlic paste.
- Whisk the mixture vigorously until it appears glossy and fully emulsified.
- Gently fold in the finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, kosher salt, and cracked black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
