Ingredients:

  • 6 medium flour tortillas (approx. 6 in / 15 cm)
  • 3/4 cup (190g) creamy peanut butter
  • 3 medium bananas (approx. 300g), peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp (30g) honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup (30g) granola or hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil (for brushing)

Instructions:

  1. Lay your tortillas flat on a clean surface. Using a spatula, spread 2 tbsp (30g) of peanut butter in the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch (2.5cm) border around the edges to act as a seal. If using honey, drizzle it lightly over the peanut butter now.
  2. Place one banana half lengthwise on top of the peanut butter. If adding granola, sprinkle it directly onto the peanut butter before adding the banana.
  3. Starting from the edge closest to you, tuck the bottom of the tortilla over the banana and roll tightly toward the opposite edge, applying gentle pressure to ensure a snug fit.
  4. For Fresh Wraps: Use a sharp knife to slice the roll into 1-inch (2.5cm) sushi rounds. For Air Fryer Wraps: Lightly brush the outside of the wrap with a tiny bit of melted butter or oil, then air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
