Ingredients:
- 6 medium flour tortillas (approx. 6 in / 15 cm)
- 3/4 cup (190g) creamy peanut butter
- 3 medium bananas (approx. 300g), peeled and halved lengthwise
- 2 tbsp (30g) honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup (30g) granola or hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp melted butter or oil (for brushing)
Instructions:
- Lay your tortillas flat on a clean surface. Using a spatula, spread 2 tbsp (30g) of peanut butter in the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch (2.5cm) border around the edges to act as a seal. If using honey, drizzle it lightly over the peanut butter now.
- Place one banana half lengthwise on top of the peanut butter. If adding granola, sprinkle it directly onto the peanut butter before adding the banana.
- Starting from the edge closest to you, tuck the bottom of the tortilla over the banana and roll tightly toward the opposite edge, applying gentle pressure to ensure a snug fit.
- For Fresh Wraps: Use a sharp knife to slice the roll into 1-inch (2.5cm) sushi rounds. For Air Fryer Wraps: Lightly brush the outside of the wrap with a tiny bit of melted butter or oil, then air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
