Ingredients:
- 4 pieces (approx. 3 oz / 85g each) naan bread
- 1/2 cup (120ml) pizza sauce
- 2 cups (225g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 28 slices (approx. 4 oz / 115g) thin-cut pepperoni
- 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) dried oregano
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place naked naan in the oven for 2-3 minutes to flash-bake, ensuring a crispy base.
- Remove naan and lightly brush the outer edges with olive oil.
- Spread 2 tbsp (30ml) of pizza sauce onto each naan, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge.
- Distribute 1/2 cup (55g) of shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce on each naan.
- Arrange 7 pepperoni slices per pizza, pressing them slightly into the cheese.
- Sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano over the top.
- Bake in oven for 7-10 minutes or in air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 4-6 minutes until cheese is bubbly and pepperoni edges are curled and charred.
