Ingredients:
- 1 large (10-inch) flour tortilla
- 0.5 cup low-moisture mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded
- 12 slices thin pepperoni
- 2 tbsp marinara sauce
- 0.25 tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
- Place a non-stick skillet or cast iron pan over medium heat. Lay the flour tortilla flat in the dry pan.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla to act as a base layer.
- On one half of the tortilla, spread the marinara sauce, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and dried oregano over the pepperoni.
- Fold the tortilla in half. Sear until the bottom is mahogany-colored and crispy, then flip and sear the other side until the cheese is completely molten.
- Remove from heat and slice into wedges using a pizza cutter.
