Ingredients:

  • 150g Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 45g Ground flaxseed meal
  • 60g Vanilla protein powder
  • 128g Natural creamy peanut butter
  • 113g Raw honey
  • 5ml Pure vanilla extract
  • 1.5g Fine sea salt
  • 90g Mini dark chocolate chips
  • 30ml Water

Instructions:

  1. Combine 150g oats, 45g flaxseed meal, 60g protein powder, and 1.5g salt in the large bowl.
  2. Stir in 5ml vanilla extract directly into the dry mix.
  3. Pour 128g creamy peanut butter over the center.
  4. Add 113g honey on top of the peanut butter.
  5. Use your spatula to fold the dry ingredients into the wet until a shaggy dough forms.
  6. Add 30ml water. Continue stirring until the dry floury bits disappear.
  7. Dump in 90g mini chocolate chips.
  8. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Wait until the dough feels firm and less tacky.
  9. Use your scoop to drop 20 equal mounds onto a parchment lined tray.
  10. With slightly damp hands, roll each mound into a smooth sphere. Stop once the surface looks velvety and even.
