Ingredients:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt. Stir until the garlic is fully suspended in the fat. Set aside half of this mixture for the final brush.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean surface to form a rectangle.
  3. Brush the first half of the garlic butter across the entire surface of the dough. Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan over the butter.
  4. Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough into 8 equal strips.
  5. Carefully roll each strip tightly from the wide end to the point.
  6. Place the rolls in a 9x9-inch baking dish or rimmed baking sheet, snugging them against each other for a pull-apart effect.
  7. Brush the remaining garlic butter over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until the tops are mahogany-gold and the cheese in the crevices is bubbling and browned.
